Join us for two days of climbing, fishing, gravel riding, feasting, farming and learning!

Inspired by the natural forces that guide us all, let’s connect through a shared love of wild places, food and agriculture.

Together, we’ll contribute to a food community that’s restoring human and ecosystem health, increasing access to healthy food for everyone, and stewarding the land, waters and climate for future generations.

Saturday: 

  • 8:00 am - 2:00 pm Guided rock climbing, guided fly fishing or group gravel bike ride 

  • Brown bag Lunch from the farm

  • Rest 

  • 5:00 pm - 8:00 pm Kamut pizza cookout at Story Mill Park with Chef Charley Graham + panel discussion with Bob Quinn and Food, MT podcast 

    Sunday: 

  • 8:00 am - 12:00 pm Volunteer at the HRDC and Community Gardens|Farms 

  • Rest 

  • 5:00 pm - 9:00 pm 13 Mile Farm pig roast + Gallatin Valley Botanical veggies with Chef Charley Graham + happy hour + music + food systems team building workshop led by Food Lens Bozeman + silent auction + games (children welcome and encouraged, no pets please)

    ~ We have both Saturday and Sunday tickets according to activity preference. We encourage purchasing tickets for both days to enjoy the entire weekend experience 💚🏔️🌱

    ~ Event proceeds go to the Gallatin Valley Food Bank, event scholarships, supporting our local partners and expanding F2C initiatives.

    ~ 10% of the proceeds from this event will be donated to the HRDC (Human Resource and Development Council).

  • Anyone who wants to build and support a community around organic, regenerative farming and equitable, healthy food. You do not need to be an experienced climber, farmer or gardener - we are all learning together.

    • Personal climbing equipment (harness, shoes, helmet), biking gear (mountain or gravel bike, helmet, water bottle, etc.) and fly fishing equipment (waders and boots, fly rod)

    • Outdoor clothing layers (for variable fall weather in the Gallatin Valley) including farm work wear and dinner wear

    • Travel to and from the morning activities, farm/volunteer experience and dinner events

  • Farm to Crag empowers climbers and the outdoor community to support regenerative food systems, leading a cultural shift toward healthy individuals and communities and more resilient ecosystems.

    We host a growing number of events near climbing areas every year, during which we volunteer at local farms, build community networks and support food producers. Farm to Crag provides scholarships and work-trade arrangements at every event, and since 2019, we have been donating a percentage of event proceeds to local food resilience efforts.
