Join us for climbing, feasting, farming, and learning at the Sequatchie Cove Farm for the weekend of November 9-10th.

We will have educational programming and a farm tour, then we will help get some work done on the farm before we feast, and head out to all climb together and continue the conversation.

2024 Farm to Crag Chattanooga - Tentative Schedule

  • Fri Nov 8 - optional

    • Camping for folks who want it @ Sequatchie Cove

  • Sat Nov 9: Farm to Crag Programming

    • Breakfast (optional - for those camping)

    • All Day - F2C programming at the farm beginning at 10a (farm tour, work, panels, workshop, etc)

    • Lunch @ Sequatchie Cove Farm

    • Dinner @ farm (chef TBD)

    • Camping @ Sequatchie Cove

  • Sun Nov 10: Multi-sport Meet-ups

    • Brief send-off / breakfast

    • Multi-sport (choose your own adventure - sport, boulder, mountain biking, what else?)

More information

  • We are looking for everyone who wants to build a community around local, organic, sustainable farming and food in their climbing communities. You do not need to be an experienced farmer or gardener, we are all learning together.

    For those who want to:

    • Learn more about regenerative agriculture and how soil health has the potential to reverse human-led climate change.

    • Learn about nutrition and fermentation, community supported farming, and how to use policy to advocate for change.

    • Connect and build community with other climbers who are passionate about transforming our food system and confronting the climate crisis.

    • Learn more about Farm To Crag, and how you can get engaged in bringing climbers and farmers together in your community to make change with your fork, your wallet, and your voice.

  • • Meals

    • Lodging: Dry camping spot (no electrical, access to water but no hook-ups) for you to set up a tent or van/truck (no RVs please)

    • Potable water (no hook-ups)

    • Port-a-Potty bathrooms

    • Education, inspiration, fun!!

  • • Plate, bowl, cup or mug + utensils

    • Camping + bedding

    • Personal climbing equipment (harness, shoes, helmet)

    • Outdoor Clothing layers (for variable fall weather including farm work wear and climbing/yoga

    • Travel to/from Farm (we will connect you with other attendees to carpool if desired)
